This feature was initially found in the beta version of WhatsApp on Android. However, a new report suggests that the Messenger Rooms service is now being tested with the WhatsApp web. According to the website WABetaInfo, which tracks the latest WhatsApp features, the feature is now available for select WhatsApp web users. However, the functionality is still unavailable as the instant messaging app works with Facebook on it.
